Prescription Refills

Call our office or request a prescription refill via the patient portal. Please allow 24 hours

Cancellation

Emergencies do come up so please call our office at your soonest convenience if you need to cancel your appointment with the doctor. We do charge $25 for No Show/No Call appointments.

Referral Process

If we have referred you to a specialist and your insurance requires a referral we will be happy to complete it. Please make your appointment with your specialist and call our office with the name of the doctor, date, time of appointment. We will do our best to complete the referral within 5 business days. Of course more emergent referrals will be completed sooner. Also note that sometimes the process takes longer depending on your insurance company.
